We provide comprehensive legal support for all stages of the family-based immigration process, including marriage-based green cards, fiancé(e) visas, and petitions for parents, children, and siblings of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents.
We provide strategic legal support for professionals, investors, entrepreneurs, and employers navigating the employment-based immigration process. From non-immigrant visas to green card petitions, we handle each case with tailored guidance to meet our clients’ career and business goals in the United States.
We provide personalized legal guidance for clients pursuing U.S. citizenship through naturalization or other qualifying paths. From eligibility assessments to interview preparation and final approval, we support every step of the process with clarity and care.
We provide skilled and compassionate legal representation to individuals seeking asylum and other forms of humanitarian protection. We help clients prepare strong cases based on persecution due to political opinion, religion, or other protected grounds, and guide them through interviews and hearings.
For more than twenty years, our law firm’s founder has represented individuals, families and businesses in complex immigration matters. He previously worked at two national refugee resettlement organizations, overseeing immigration legal services for refugees, asylees, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) holders, and parolees. He has presented to congressional staff at the U.S. Capitol on various immigration law issues and was awarded a medal by the U.S. Army for providing legal services to Afghans.
We handle a wide range of immigration matters including family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, asylum and other forms of humanitarian relief, waivers of inadmissibility, and ICE worksite enforcement. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our clients.
Yes, we offer in-depth consultations as the first step in our representation process. During the consultation, you will meet directly with an experienced immigration attorney - not a paralegal or assistant. We conduct a thorough legal analysis of your case, carefully reviewing your immigration history, documents, and goals to determine all available options.
The attorney will explain the applicable laws, procedures, and timelines relevant to your case, and outline the benefits and risks of each potential path. We also provide a clear explanation of the legal fees and government costs associated with each option, so you can make informed decisions about how to move forward.
Yes. We offer full legal consultations at a flat fee of $250, which will be credited toward your overall legal fees if you choose to retain us. Afghan clients receive complimentary consultations.
This means your consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of your legal services if you choose to hire us. For example, if our flat fee for a B-2 visa application is $1000, and you’ve already paid a $250 consultation fee, your remaining balance would be $750.
In other words, if you hire us for legal services, your consultation ends up being free.
A flat fee is a fixed, all-inclusive price for a specific legal service — no hourly billing and no surprise costs. You know exactly what you’ll pay from the start.
Please call our office to learn more about our fees. Before you schedule your consultation, we’ll provide a quote for the specific services you're interested in.
You can schedule a consultation with one of our lawyers by calling our office or filling out the contact form on our website. We will get back to you promptly to schedule a time that works for you.
